Is it possible to order goods on Kineras.comfor collection at the “Kineras” office?

It is possible to do so. You will not be charged for delivery.

Where to find out if the order is taken and being fulfilled?

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order was taken. If you receive this e-mail, you can be sure that the order was taken.

What payment methods are possible?

You may pay for the items via PayPal, via the e-banking system, or via money transfer to the account provided upon confirmation of the order.

Is it possible to order items via phone?

We are happy to give information about any item over the phone, but to make an order you must use the internet.

How long does it take to deliver items?

After the statement indicating that your payment has been received is processed by the bank, items are delivered within 20 days anywhere Lithuania. 
The Lithuanian postal service LP EXPRESS delivers items from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Items are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or Lithuanian public holidays.
Delivery time to the EU and other countries depend on the country. International deliveries are made within the shortest time possible.

Is an invoice provided when buying items?

An invoice is provided for every purchase.

What are the delivery rates?

The price of delivery to foreign countries depends on the country: Lithuanian LP EXPRESS delivers items to 79 foreign countries. Parcels are delivered to Clients personally. International deliveries are made within the shortest time possible.
Items are delivered to the EU countries for:
Lithuania: 3 EUR (10 Lt) per item. If you collect items at your nominated post office, it costs 2 EUR (7 Lt). Collection at the shop in Vilnius – free;
1 region: Latvia, Estonia - 9 EUR (30 Lt);
3 region: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia - 58 EUR (200 Lt);
2 region: the rest EU countries - 28 EUR (95 Lt).
Items are delivered to the non EU countries for:
1 region: Iceland, Norway, Switzerland - 32 EUR (110 Lt);
2 region: Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey - 46 EUR (160 Lt);
3 region: other non EU countries - 55 EUR (190 Lt).
